Senior Process/Systems Engineer for PolyEthylene (PE)-PolyPropylene (PP)Projects

Linde Engineering (LE) is a well-known TEPC player providing Basic, Detailed Engineering and EPC services for PE-PP Polymer projects. In order to cater to growing demand for engineering, commissioning and startups for such units we are in the process of strengthening already existing team of design engineers at India, Vadodara location. A suitable candidate with design, commissioning and operations of PE/PP plants is expected to leverage his knowledge to participate in design engineering and site commissioning activities.
Education Qualifications & Experience:
1. Bachelor of Chemical Engineering
2. Extensive experience in design engineering of Polymer(PE/PP)Projects.
3. Strong Technology background with substantial exposure to PE/PP technologies such as Unipol, Novolene, Spheripol etc.
4. Willingness to work in a team environment.
5. Willingness to work at sites for medium to long term.
Overall 10-15 yrs (Out of which min 6-8 yrs experience in Polymer Projects especially with UNIPOL, Novolene technology is must). Strong experience and understanding of packages like pneumatic conveying, bagging, silos, extrusion is mandatory.
Candidate with both Engineering and Operations experience working with licensors/EPC contractors/Technical Service departments of operating companies would be preferred.
Key Role & Responsibility:
1.Review of PDP received from Licensors.
2.Participate in basic engineering for BEDP development.
3.Preparation/review of several Process/Systems documents during detailed engineering like PFDs, P&IDs, Equipment and Instrument Datasheets, Control Narrative, C&E, Alarms-Trip List, Tie In summary, Utility Summary Precomm/comm Procedures, Operating Manuals, Laboratory Manuals etc.
4.Partcipate in several design reviews such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, 3D Model reviews.
5.participation in DCS/ESD FAT/SAT.
6. Interface with other engineering disciplines and participate in critical reviews such as Plot Plan review, 3D Model reviews.
7.Vendor document reviews.
8.Participate precomm/Comm and Startup activities at the sites.
